Like most kids our two young sons enjoy a pizza from time to time, we have used most of them in the area and have listed the ones below that we like the best and know make good pizzas every time.

I have sampled most of the Chinese take away food shops in Scarborough and have listed the ones that I think are the best in the Scarborough area. I have listed Indian food take away shops too.

Take Away Food in Scarborough – Best Pizzas

Pizza Tempo is without doubt our most used pizza take away food shop in Scarborough. Pizza Tempo is located at 90 Falsgrave Road, to order a pizza from here call 01723 369060. Pizza Tempo does not offer delivery but they are well worth going to pick up, we have never had a bad pizza from here and they will make whatever you want. Flames is another great pizza take away shop in Scarborough, I used these a lot when I was a student as they are located at 11 Ramshill Road not far from the Hull University Scarborough Campus. To call Flames for a pizza phone 01723 500295. I haven’t used these guys for a while now because we do not live near there anymore and they do not offer delivery. Pizza Pronto is the pizza take away food shop that I use if I have been for a night out in the town, they are located at 71 Castle Road not far from the town centre of Scarborough. I have to say Pizza Pronto do the best doner pizza in town, they get stacked up with doner meat. Pizza Pronto do offer a delivery service for orders over £8 and are open from 5pm. Benny’s Chinese Take Away is without doubt my favourite Chinese take away in Scarborough. I have to recommend that you try the Cantonese sweet & sour chicken (not battered) with boiled rice, the beef and tomato is good too. Benny’s is located at 40 – 44 Prospect Road, there is a delivery service available. To call for a Chinese from Benny’s phone 01723 367225. Peking Chef is located at 40 Falsgrave Road not too far from the town centre of Scarborough. I have not used these for a while because we always use Benny’s but if you are in the Falsgrave area these are well worth a try. Take Away Food in Scarborough – Best Indian

Nishat Spice is located at 47 Prospect Road, we have not tried many of the Indian food take aways in Scarborough but we have used this one and the food was very good. Nishat Spice has some excellent reviews on tripadvisor. To call for an Indian phone 01723 507621.
